Vendor Application and Details

The Get Connected ELA 2022 conference held at the Fred Rogers Center on the campus of St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, is an event for educators and professionals across the region. In addition to featuring keynote and notable speakers, the event will feature a variety of vendors that promote communications and ELA/English learning. All vendors will be housed in the lower and upper areas of the Fred Rogers Center lobby area, which will be opened to attendees throughout the conference day. Vendors are permitted to bring advertising materials, handouts, giveaways and items for drawings.

Selection of vendor displays will be based on relevance to conference themes and a completed Exhibitor Registration and Agreement form. Each vendor will be provided one 6-foot draped table and two chairs and will have their logo placed on the conference webpage and virtual program booklet that will be available the day of the event. Please note, the Fred Rogers Center prohibits vendor from selling merchandise.

Vendors attending the event are required to register for the conference and pay the $40 per person registration fee. This fee does include a continental breakfast and lunch. Vendor attendees can register here: www.eventsquid.com/event.cfm?preview&event_id=15484

The Conference Committee reserves the right to restrict exhibits that are objectionable because of noise, method of operation, materials, or in general distracts from the character of the Get Connected ELA conference. Exhibitors and their representatives must not deface property of the building or equipment. If such damage occurs, the exhibitor is liable to the St. Vincent Conference and Event Center. All demonstrations and materials must be confined to the exhibition space. The exhibitor is responsible for his/her own materials and should insure against loss or damage. St. Vincent College is not responsible for damage or loss to exhibitor materials. The exhibitor agrees to not sell merchandise while on campus.
